Diagnose the stream.
Fix the right problem.
Before your church buys another camera, mixer, encoder or speaker, get an outside review of the system you already have.
Enough context to diagnose the real workflow.
You do not need perfect documentation. Start with what you have; we use the evidence to identify the highest-value questions and likely causes.
Audio, video, stream and workflow—together.
A livestream problem often has multiple causes. The report focuses on evidence and prioritized fixes rather than generic best practices.
Audio
Gain structure, speech intelligibility, EQ, compression, broadcast mix strategy, routing and obvious signal-flow problems.
Video
Exposure, white balance, color matching, PTZ framing, camera consistency, switching and lighting interaction.
Stream & network
Resolution, frame rate, bitrate, encoder/software settings, upstream capacity, packet loss and repeatable reliability issues.
Operator workflow
Volunteer complexity, scene/preset consistency, handoffs, checklists and failure points that technology alone will not solve.

What happens after the report?
Self-service: your team makes the changes using the report.
Remote optimization: book guided help for console, streaming, camera or network configuration.
Recurring support: move into an ongoing remote-support relationship as MinistryMesh validates that product.
Onsite: if the issue requires physical work, installation or commissioning, that work is scoped separately before it is scheduled.
Questions before you request a review.
Clear expectations for the MinistryMesh Remote founding pilot.
What does the $149 health check include?
A remote review of one recent service or livestream, the equipment and settings you provide, and your main technical concern. You receive prioritized findings, recommended tests and fixes, and guidance on whether the next step is self-service, remote help, or onsite work.
What should my church send?
Share a public or unlisted recording link and whatever details you have about the audio console, cameras, switcher or encoder, streaming software, and network. You can still request a review if you do not have every model number or setting.
Is the review available now, and when are we charged?
Yes. The $149 founding-pilot Health Check is available through secure Stripe checkout. Payment is collected when you book, then you are redirected to a private assessment intake so your review can enter the technician queue.
Will you recommend new equipment?
Only when the evidence supports it. The review may identify configuration, signal flow, volunteer workflow, or training changes that can address the problem using equipment your church already owns.
Is onsite service included?
No. The $149 pilot is a remote review. If the findings call for physical installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting, any onsite work is scoped separately before it is scheduled.
How is our church information handled?
Provide only information needed for the review. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through chat or intake. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe. See the MinistryMesh Privacy Policy for more information.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
The $149 fee reserves professional review time. Once an appointment or live review window is reserved, the fee is generally non-refundable except when the service provider cancels or applicable law requires otherwise. One reschedule may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Is the MinistryMesh chat a human?
No. MinistryMesh Smart Chat is AI-powered and may make mistakes. Paid diagnostic findings are human-reviewed before they are delivered to a client.
Church livestream audio problems: 7 checks before you buy.
Trace the broadcast signal path, gain stages and mix balance with a practical checklist.
Read the guide →We should be willing to tell you not to buy something.
If configuration, workflow or training can reasonably solve the problem, that is the recommendation. New equipment should be justified by evidence—not by the fact that we know how to sell and install it.
